As a Senior Project Manager in Industrial Construction at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. In this role, you'll lead complex industrial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. What your day-to-day will look like: * Manage large-scale industrial construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources * Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met * Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and quality control measures * Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment * Implement innovative construction methodologies and technologies to improve project efficiency * Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field * 10+ years of experience in industrial construction project management * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Construction Management or related field * PMP or other relevant project management certifications * Experience with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification * Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced construction technologies * Multilingual capabilities to support global project teams At JLL, we believe that the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
