Job Description:
Setting daily priorities for the warehouse team and coordinating additional support as needed Provide oversight and quality control for all incoming and outgoing furniture Training new Warehouse Associates Coordinating furniture shipments Coordinating refurbishment of furniture Coordinating disposal of furniture assets Maintaining a clean/organized warehouse Performing asset audits Managing Furniture Min/Max Inventory Levels Managing Warehouse Supplies Manage Furniture Warehouse email account Specific Job Skill / Requirements: Proficient in the use of computers/smartphones Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to communicate (verbal and written) and interact with customers in a corporate setting. Knowledgeable or have experience in a 5S warehouse environment preferred. Ability understand and prioritize efforts based on warehouse needs. Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Experience with office furniture systems preferred, but not necessary. Job Conditions: Demanding, fast-paced work environment Must be able to lift/push 75 lbs. Must be able to walk up to 8 hrs a day | |
