Responsibilities:
Provide Regional analytical support i.e., WO Analysis Volume, changes due to add/delete locations. Preparation of annual budget and forecasts Financial modeling, analysis, and compilation of quantitative data Perform Monthly variance analysis partnering with the FM Regional team and present to client. Identified Expense Drivers opportunities and perform complex data analysis. Assist Finance Manager with Head Count Budget/Forecast and Analysis Assist with the monthly invoice review to identify potential capital expenditure. Analyze performance data to forecast/trend. Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information. Provide analytical support to transform behaviors and techniques. Reporting Implement reporting process inclusive of variance analysis with the BI team. Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and client-ready documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations. Collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity. Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools. Use team Microsoft Teams and/or Shared Drive for data collection, reporting and communication. Demonstrate high level of customer service with client contacts and internal team. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience Strong Finance skills Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications, like Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint. SQL Experience Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties Understanding of and commitment to client service Nice to have: Microsoft PowerPivot Tableau/Power BI/Excel Visual Basis Strong Accounting Skills Experience with JD Edwards platforms | |
