We are currently seeking a Research Analyst to join our Complex Real Estate Analysis & Litigation Support within the Value & Risk Advisory Group.

The Complex Real Estate Analysis and Litigation Support (CREALS) Division within JLL provides support for consulting and testifying needs in complex real estate valuation assignments. The division's experienced real estate and litigation support professionals are comfortable handling assignments in which there are mixed issues pertaining to law and real estate/business value economic analysis including assignments involving unique or "special purpose" properties. Our Valuation & Advisory Services platform is part of a global network comprised of experienced, licensed, qualified commercial real estate appraisers who use local insights and their years of expertise to deliver accurate, reliable and prompt valuations.

The successful candidate will complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects which may include analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, estimation of cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses.

Responsibilities include:
Analyzing market data and comparable transactions

Determining highest and best use, estimating market rents, and concluding to credible market values

Performing lease abstracts

Economic and Statistical Analysis

Due Diligence Analysis

Conducting market surveys

Requirements:
0 to 2 years of demonstrated research skills

Professional writing experience preferred

Real estate related internship strongly preferred
