About the team: The CX Strategy & Planning team supports transformation and future-forward delivery efforts. Responsible for managing Change Management Data and Process Governance for large transformation initiatives which will help deliver on net revenue benefits from Future Forward and help drive efficiencies and automation to CX activities.

What you will be doing:

* Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

* Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to ensure alignment and collaboration across various departments.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

* Conduct business analysis activities to support executive reporting and strategic initiatives.

* Create and present executive reports that provide critical insights into business performance and strategic initiatives, enabling informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

* Provide leadership for the business process analysis team, including planning, coaching, recruitment, selection, performance development, and mentoring.

* Develop and implement department policies and procedures.

* Ensure deadlines and production schedules are met and reallocate workloads as necessary.

* Troubleshoot issues that arise and handle escalated problems/questions from the team.

* Work with management to determine budgets and forecasts for the department.

* Plan and implement process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma.

* Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

* Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.

* Measure performance against process requirements.

* Align improvement to performance shortfalls.

* Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

* Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.

* Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.

* Communicate team progress.

* Perform cost and benefit analyses.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you bring:

* Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and business analysis.

* Strong skills in developing and presenting executive reports.

* Expertise in analytics and insights, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

* Power BI Development Expert with a minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Power BI solutions.

* Expert SQL Programming Skills with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

* Expert Data Modeling Skills with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex data models to support business intelligence and analytics solutions.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of

education, training, or work experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.

* Strong management, organizational, team-building, coaching, and mentoring skills.

* In-depth knowledge of FIS products and services and business operations.

* High level of understanding of FIS business systems and industry requirements.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across technical and business functions across FIS as well as client/partner organizations.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
