Our goal is to combine education, patient advocacy, and evidence-based research to advance family medicine and geriatrics. Keck School of Medicine of USC Street Medicine is hiring a full-time advanced practice provider (APP), Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine (Practitioner), to deliver services directly to patients experiencing homelessness in their own environment such as under bridges, in encampments and on the street. This is an exciting opportunity to pioneer the field of street medicine in Los Angeles, CA, home to the largest unsheltered homeless population in the United States. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the APP will perform diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative and health maintenance services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician. Preferred Education: current Advanced Practitioner License (PA, NP, etc.) The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000.
