Executive Support Specialist

Mission & Intent: To invest in the future of a college- or university-enrolled student who is focused on
architecture, engineering, or planning, by providing part-time employment, mentorship, and financial support to
continue their studies. The intent of the program is to develop a pipeline of talent while financially supporting
their education.

Requirements:
* Must be enrolled and in good standing at an accredited college or university.
* Must be enrolled in a four-year program.
* Must be considered a junior or senior based on credits earned.
* Must maintain a 3.0 GPA.
o The Company reserves the right to delay or cease scholarship funds until the student's GPA
reaches the minimum threshold.
* Must submit an essay (500 word maximum) outlining interest in and experience with public
transportation along with the application and resume.

Program Details:
* The Company will provide up to $15,000.00 per year in financial support, divided among the grading
periods.
* Proof of enrollment, good standing, and GPA on a grading period basis are a requirement to receive
financial support.
* Proof of receipt that an equal payment was made towards tuition is also a requirement to receive future
financial support.
* The candidate is required to work in a part-time capacity while attending school, a minimum of 10 hours
per week with an allowable time off up to 2 weeks for exams and an additional 2 - 3 weeks for
holiday/break periods during each school grading period.
* The candidate will be asked to complete an assessment of their experience at the end of each grading
period and will go through a performance review at the same cadence.

Role:
* Positioned as an Executive Support Specialist, reporting to the President - Transportation West, with
exposure, access, and interaction with the Transportation West Leadership Team.

Duties:
* 33% Administrative Assistance
o Maintaining Outlook schedules
o Booking travels and completing expense reports
o Supporting document preparation (formatting and production of presentations, letters, etc.)
* 33% Marketing/Business Development support
o Gathering proposal data and updating report templates
o Filing and updating master documents
o Drafting information
* 33% Research
o AI best practices
o Compiling client information
