Floor Material Handler

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Reviews production build requirements.

* Picks and stages parts for delivery to the production area in such a manner that ensures that the correct quantity of the part is delivered to the correct place.

* Delivers material from the warehouse to the production area and vice versa.

* Provides support to the decant/kitting areas.

* Drives forklift or operates other powered industrial vehicles to transport a variety of material, parts, or products.

* USES SAP to Report production, Pick, and Bin to Bin parts to ensure inventory accuracy.

* Notifies supervisor regarding inventory shortages/discrepancies.

* Stacks materials in designated area.

* Understands and adheres to current health, safety, and environmental policies.

* Communicate and enforce safe work procedures.

* Identify and close safety issues (suggestions, inspection and investigation findings) and their corrective actions.

* Understands and adheres to current quality and control policies.

* Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
