Essential Job Duties |
This position, up to 30 hours per week, will support
LTAP activities at
ITRE:
- Complete data entry for Excel and Access database which LTAP uses to track class registrations, attendance, payments and other essential information that is required for a successful training program
- Prepare communications to promote classes to listserv and on social media
- Assist in preparing the quarterly newsletter
- Travel as needed with classes across North Carolina to act as course administrator
- Other tasks as needed

- Excellent written and oral communication skills are key as this position will be required to communicate with clients by email, telephone and in person on a regular basis.
- Basic computer skills: Email/Gmail, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs), Adobe
