Endeavor Health, the principal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional full-time Primary Care Sports Medicine physician as the Division Head of Primary Care Sports Medicine. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Department of Family Medicine, the Department of Orthopaedics Leadership, and the NorthShore Orthopaedic & Spine Institute (NOSI) leadership team to recruit and clinically supervise the work of the Primary Care Sports Medicine Division including quality, patient experience, provider experience, productivity, and programmatic development. The ideal successful applicant will be board certified in Family Medicine by ABFM or AOBFP and will have completed fellowship training in Sports Medicine. Certification of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine is preferred.
