Campus Dining Services Job Description
This position includes basic food preparation, service, and/or sanitation tasks. Prepare food according to instructions. Follow proper food handling techniques. Assist in completing the Serving Line Worksheets. Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and secure working area. Set up service/preparation areas as assigned. Provide high-quality service to customers; assist in meeting the department's customer service objectives. Direct, help train, and assist student employees in food preparation and service. Clean and replenish the service/preparation areas, dining room, and dishwashing/pot-and-pan areas during and after service. Complete required training. Help the department constantly improve and reach its vision. Perform other duties as assigned. Shift
Monday - Wednesday 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm; Thursday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm; Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Minimum Qualifications
