Otolaryngology Physician - Section Chief Corewell Health Medical Group

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Opportunity Overview

Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a BC Otolaryngology physician with leadership or interest in leadership to join a collegial practice with a dedicated group of 7 physicians, 8 APP's and 10 audiologists. This is a well-established tertiary/quaternary care health system with ENT divisions including fellowship trained Head & Neck Surgeons and Complex Pediatric ENT.

This individual will have the opportunity to pursue new and innovative technologies with emphasis on patient centered care.

Practice Overview:

  • Established patient base available
  • 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient
  • Weekday call (on own patients) / Weekend call is 1:10 rotation
  • Strong referral network
Additional Experience Desired:
  • Experience working with regional markets
  • Working with Multidisciplinary programs - Complex Pediatric ENT
  • Cochlear implant experience

Requirements:

  • BC physician in General ENT
  • MI license
  • Leadership experience preferred, not mandatory

Qualifications
  • Required Bachelor's Degree
  • LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
  • LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
