Shift supervisors are responsible for an entire internal security shift. Shift leaders shall work in the BDOC or equivalent or force protection command watch floor 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and serve as the operational linkage between the Government and the contractor. Duties include issuing direction to the contractor personnel as part of the integrated defense of the installation in concert with Government or coalition forces.



  • Shall be fluent in English speaking, reading and writing unless otherwise outlined at the task order level.
  • Prior experience with personnel management as a military officer, warrant officer, senior non-commissioned officer, or senior Law Enforcement official with at least four (4) to ten (10) years of experience leading personnel in the armed forces, law enforcement, or in the private security sector in a contested/deployed environment. If prior military, must have received an honorable discharge as verified by a DD Form-214 (U.S. Military) or comparable document.
  • Must be able to account for all assigned weapons, radios, optics and other sensitive items for their shift, 100% of the time, and report accordingly on a daily basis to the COR.
  • Must be able to coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance services and repairs for all assigned weapons, vehicles and radios.
  • Shall oversee the scheduling of daily GA mission, and assist the administrative assistance/scheduler, to ensure requirements are met at all times, and shall ensure an adequate GA workforce is available in order to meet the aforementioned requirements.
  • Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite software to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
