Description
The Leadership and Governance Advisor works to support a USAID-funded project in Asia which is focused on increasing capacity of national implementing partners to manage Global Health programs. The consultant will be responsible for providing trainings, one-on-one coaching, and technical assistance to the Governance and Executive Teams to encourage their active engagement and enhance their risk reduction skills and develop organizational sustainability and growth. They will also provide oversight, guidance and soft skills consulting and executive coaching particularly in the areas of change management, supervisory skills, project management, diversity, and other human resource issues. The project will take place in Bangladesh, Burma, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, and Vietnam. Duties and Responsibilities:
