Position Overview As the Manager, Customer Marketing you will report into the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for overall management of the ETQ growth marketing programs for our Customer base . Working closely with customer success, sales and marketing, you will create and execute a strategy to meet and exceed our customer pipeline creation targets for our enterprise, SaaS based quality management solution. You will work closely with the Product Marketing and Customer Account Leaders to create integrated marketing programs that bring customers along their quality customer roadmaps by creating automated journeys and touch points based on where they are in the product lifecycle to ultimately drive use of more applications and licenses of ETQ Reliance. Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute customer marketing strategy to support customer account executive sales initiatives and our customer success teams to hit pipeline creation and revenue goals. Qualifications
