Lead Preschool Teacher

We seek a Lead Preschool Teacher who will work in our Child Development Center providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children. The Lead Preschool Teacher will encourage the children's imagination, challenge their thinking skills, and enhance their social and language development. The Lead Preschool Teacher will also be responsible for the education, daily care and recreation of children and will manage and supervise the daily operations of the classroom and staff.

The RFK Community Alliance Child Development Center is a NAEYC accredited program that provides an enriched and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers that encourages their imagination, challenges their thinking skills, and enhances their social and language development. We believe that play which fosters exploration is essential to learning. We are sensitive to the cultural, social, and economic needs of the families we serve and place significant value on their involvement.

Shift:

8-hour shift Monday - Friday, operating hours are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive

This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
