Opportunities are immediately available in Lake City, FL. Position Overview Prepare and mix proper painting materials Mask and prepare aircraft for primer application Sand primer for paint and topcoat application Mask and prepare aircraft for strips, registration numbers and other areas as needed Removal of masking on aircraft Assist with upholstery shop duties as assigned by management Deliver aircraft or project to customer in a timely and efficient manor Complete necessary documentation, information and updates for the work order Maintain shop facilities and equipment by changing filters, cleaning, repairing and other duties as assigned by management Responsible to follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations Meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards Qualifications: Must know all aspects of painting: sanding, taping, painting, etc. Must have own respirator Prior commercial painting experience Company Overview & Benefits: *STS AeroStaff Services* works with the largest names in the aviation industry.
