This position will be on Ramboll's innovation and digital transformation team Galago. Galago is an innovative service born out of Ramboll that aims to help reduce the risk of environmental damage and human health. We do this by working with landowners and remedial site operators to help them safeguard and protect their land. We use aerial, drone, and satellite data to map our clients' land, and then use geospatial analysis and AI methods to find areas for environmental improvement or change. We give our clients a snapshot-in-time of any immediate issues, and we also help them monitor how their land changes over time, diagnose why it is changing, and whether this is an issue, and recommend what they need to do about it. More about Galago here: www.ramboll.com/galago We are a small, fun team made up of commercial and technical experts, and are looking for someone to come in and help us manage geospatial project delivery for our clients. You will join our Environment & Health department As our new Geospatial Analyst, you will be part of a team that utilizes critical thinking skills and contributes to creating web mapping applications, report documents, and client-specific deliverables. The successful Analyst will be able to work independently, thrive in a team-environment, and be a technical GIS resource for project managers and staff. Data management, presentation development, data analysis, and spatial calculations are frequent needs. This role also includes opportunities to present your findings directly to clients and project teams. You may also play a role in strategically refining existing GIS applications, and suggesting additional, practical and beneficial uses. Key position requirements are:
