JLL Securities, the investment banking affiliate of JLL, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its team in Los Angeles. Analysts work on a variety of assignments with clients of the firm in executing strategies including joint ventures, fund formation, secondary sale transactions, recapitalizations, entity-level financings and advisory initiatives. Additionally, analysts will support the Co-Heads of Equity Placement in overseeing the $20B+ of equity volume JLL executes annually. As a member of the team assigned to execute these projects, the analyst will have a variety of responsibilities including: financial modeling, formulating marketing strategies, preparing for and attending client/investor meetings, manager evaluation and industry research. This unique position provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience working with clients that include blue chip real estate private equity firms, development companies and institutional investors across all real estate sectors and geographies. Position Requirements: Desire to work in a growing and fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities and projects Ability to think critically about projects and solutions Demonstrated knowledge in real estate and finance Quantitative and analytical abilities coupled with strong communication skills Ownership mentality with desire to quickly increase responsibilities FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 63 certified (targeted to be completed during the first six months of employment).
