Position Title: Supply Chain Manager

Wage: Based on Experience

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Machine Helper at a company in Neenah, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. The main responsibility of the Machine Helper is to assist in paper production.

Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

- Lead quarterly Demand Planning Reviews, ideally at the customer and product family levels

- Establish and maintain SKU forecasts, including but not limited to the elimination of bias, improvement of forecast accuracy, and the management of forecasts for product launches and transitions, end of life, start and end of promotions

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for input to drive improvement in forecast accuracy through understanding of consumptions drivers, trends and other relevant data points

- Provide SKU & aggregate (customer, product family, etc.) level forecast analysis

- Continuously develop and improve the methods to comply with customer requirements and dispute all customer fines (risks & deductions) through the creation, improvement, and maintenance of customer playbooks. Facilitate timely customer fine disputes to minimize the impact to company financial performance

- Support top tier customer service achievement and sustainability by performing root cause analysis, counter measure development, establishment and maintenance of optimal safety stock levels, prioritization of inbound containers and drive accountability for desired supplier performance

- Lead proactive review of supply gaps against forecast with sales and present solutions to reduce or eliminate shortages

- Utilize of metrics & structured methods / processes (standard work) to drive goal attainment and sustainability

- Facilitate system enhancements and maintenance to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance; Targeted areas include forecasting software and purchase order / ASN receipts

- Support various Operations improvement projects either as a facilitator or participant

- Coach and lead direct reports as assigned

Requirements for Supply Chain Manager:

- Degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field; MBA is a plus

- 5-7+ years of supply chain related planning experience; Demand Planning is a plus

- 2-3+ years of experience directly leading others with a people development perspective

- Experience developing, managing, and executing cross functional project plans

- Process and metrics oriented to enable visibility for proactive actions / planning and ability to create ownership and accountability

- Solid understanding of supply chain planning and forecasting methodologies

- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to make sound recommendations based on data findings

- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge

- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills

- Data acquisition and analysis skills

- Strong Excel and database skills

- APICS or IBF certification a plus

- Continuous improvement experience and certification a plus
