Lead Business Analyst (Finance Systems)

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst (Finance Systems) to join our Enterprise Architecture team.In this role you will support the end-to-end planning and execution of high complexity system integration programs. This role requires collaboration with matrixed teams across Clarivate and the acquired entities. You will be responsible for providing strategic analysis to business and delivery partners while translating business needs to technical requirements.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience

• 7+ years of relevant work experience

What will you be doing in this role?

• Provide active consultation to business stakeholders for requirements gathering

• Development of business cases and in the feature prioritization and development of scope for a quarter or release.

• Maintain an awareness of initiatives across the portfolio and business to identify synergies and opportunities.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

• Assess and evaluate existing solutions to determine their compatibility with new or evolving business needs.

• Lead discussions and drive solution design/architecture to ensure requirement alignment Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions are technically feasible and sustainable.

• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making.

• Create and maintain detailed Agile-oriented artifacts for proposed solutions, including functional and non-functional specifications, system flows, and data models.

• Communicate complex business concepts to technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

• Define acceptance criteria and work with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.

• May have supervisory responsibility for one or more BA team members (includes support of recruitment, resource allocation, directing work and performance management).

• Drive improvements in the way Business Analysis performs its job, contribute to Norms process improvements and to the development of the EA team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Hours of Work

• Full time, permanent

• Hybrid working model on-site 2-3 days/week

• Must live within a commutable distance to one of our office locations: Ann Arbor, MI, Philadelphia, PA or Overland Park, KS
