The Director, Corporate Communications, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications, will be at the center of our financial storytelling efforts, advancing compelling narratives that position EA as leading the future of entertainment, instilling confidence in our long-term business strategy. This position will strategically partner with our CFO and work closely with key business leaders to enhance all aspects of our Finance and Investor Relations communications program. You will have at least ten (10) years of experience and be someone who has a proven track record of building influence and driving outcomes through collaboration and partnership. Experience in technology, media, gaming or entertainment sectors is a plus, but not required. You will be a onsite/hybrid in Redwood City, CA. US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. $170,500 - $259,300 USD Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. |
