Sr Test Engineer

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for developing frameworks for test scripting, automation and troubleshooting.

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.

Experience in leading overall Test automation estimating efforts

Experience in leading and facilitating automation test strategy with a variety of solutions

Experience in building, enhancing and integrating test automation frameworks with other tooling and technology

Experience in leading overall design to drive creation and execution of automation tests scripts

Experience in mentoring Test Engineer

Experience in leading overall automation intake and demand requests and provide feedback to project

Experience in establishing automation KPI/Metrics for the project team

Experience in leading overall design for developing and maintaining Web-Application, API (Web-services/DB), legacy, and standalone desktop based application automation

Experience in establishing solution for deriving overall test coverage of the code using the appropriate tools and framework

Experience in defining standards for building robust, scalable, and high quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and performance testing

Experience in defining proper techniques for troubleshooting, debugging and issue triaging

Experience/understanding of Performance Testing, Service Virtualization, and Test Data Management

Experience with QTP/UFT, Eclipse, Selenium,

Experience with Scripting Language: Java, VBScript, or any other programing language

Experience with Framework: Keyword Driven, BPT, Data Driven, Junit, TestNG, BDD, Modular, POM, Hybrid

Experience with Code Management/Version Control: SVN, Git/GitHub, Serena Dimensions or any other CM/CV

Experience with Build Management Tool: Maven, Ant, Gradle or any other BMT

Experience with CI Tool: Jenkin, Build forge or any other CI

Experience with Mobile Automation: Perfecto, Appium, seeTest, Robotium, Calabash, or any other Mobile Automation tool
