As a Sr. Operator I supporting Manufacturing, you will be trusted to work on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery/equipment in the Phaco Department at Sinking Spring, PA. In this role, a typical day will include: Perform a variety of repetitive, manual assembly operations to exacting standards. Complete the batch records and associated documentation Operate manufacturing equipment that may require performing visual and dimensional inspection of product, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining consumable tooling in equipment Monitor, evaluate, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maximize quality and efficiency Work in a coordinated, computerized manufacturing environment. Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards.
