Employee Relations Partner Indianapolis, IN As our Employee Relations Partner you will assist in resolving, coaching, and guiding managers through employee relations issues in partnership with the HR People Partner. The goal here is not to just resolve conflict but implement strategic changes to policies, procedures and practices to ensure the conflict and challenges don't continue or happen in the future. This experienced individual contributor will also lead or participate in special projects and change management programs requiring employee relations or labour relations knowledge.
