What this job involves: The Facilities Utility Coordinator will have a primary focus on procurement activities for JLL and client and client customer service. UC will manage and maintain overall site service, performance, processes, and quality standards for services which may include but is not limited to utility preventative and corrective maintenance, rapid response coordination, and alarm database review and response. The Facilities UC will strive towards innovation of services offered, assist with lowering cost of delivery, and work with suppliers to integrate the service into operations while dramatically enhancing the customer experience.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage Utility Maintenance phone and direct work to appropriate resources.
Acknowledge and respond to system alarms, coordinating accurate response.
Manage JLL and Client requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work.
Support budget and spend management and provide financial reporting as required.
Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through JLL and Client systems.
Ensure client satisfaction through leadership, responsiveness, and creativity that develops and maintains a positive relationship.
Act as an interface with client, visitors, and guests. Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus.
Directly manage resolve problems associated with 3rd party service providers.
Assist the Site Lead to ensure acceptable service levels are maintained for maintenance services.
Assist in onboarding new employees as needed.
Support personnel and material moves.
Support requests associated with audits.
Assist Site Lead with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives.
Utilize the site CMMS system and assist with the coordination, scheduling, receipt, and dispatch of maintenance activities to technical staff, vendors, or other services providers.
Provide facility specific support and assistance as needed or requested.
Ensure delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance.
Ensure appropriate follow up with customers.
Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
Provide direction/information to vendors, utilities staff, and service providers. as required, to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption, as needed.
All other tasks and duties assigned.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Required Skills and Experience
A minimum educational requirement for this role is the completion of a two-year associate degree.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production or maintenance environment is required for this role.
Financial acumen to manage budgets for projects and operations a must.
Must be proficient in basic computer application software such as MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong emphasis on customer service.
Excellent verbal and written skills required.
