Who you are
As a Hospitality Manager in Atlanta, GA, you will oversee day to day operations, which includes managing personnel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and following the appropriate steps to ensure that facilities are well-maintained. You have a passion for working with people and managing large events.
What you bring:
- 8+ years' experience; conference center management
- Industry experience; event planning, hospitality, property and/or facility management
- Experience with managing large conference rooms
- Strong project management skills
- Strong time management Skills
- Strong people management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of foodservice operations and catering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Proficiency in annual budgets year over year
Bonus skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Passion for guest service excellence
- Preferred knowledge of bar operations and day to day maintenance
What success looks like:
- Successfully planning and directing services for guests
- Coordinating services related to food and beverage
- Planning for accounting for the purpose of staff development
- Allocating tasks in order to coordinate the resources of the entity
- Ensuring that all the health and safety standards are adhered to
- Developing new marketing strategies
- Implementing new procedures to serve the guests better
