The Chicago Real Estate Group is seeking mid-level and senior associates (Class of 2019-2017) to work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing.

The Real Estate Group of Skadden advises U.S. and international clients in connection with all types of complex transactions in every space in the real estate industry. Working with Skadden's global network of 50-plus practices, the Skadden Real Estate Group advises on transactions around the world involving the purchase, sale, co-investment, construction, financing, development, leasing, management, operation, and other investment in real property across the full spectrum of asset classes including office, multifamily, single-family, industrial, logistics, hospitality, data centers, retail, lodging, and gaming projects.

The starting base salary for this Chicago position is expected to be between $390,000 - $435,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
