Job Summary

This position is responsible for marketing select Henry Schein One SaaS solutions. The role will involve planning, building, launching, and evaluating the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive marketing-qualified leads that develop into sales-qualified leads and eventually sales and revenue. The role will require strong communication and alignment with the General Managers, Sales leaders, Product Managers, and Product Marketing Managers across multiple Henry Schein One solutions.

What you will do



  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to achieve marketing key performance indicator goals (KPIs)
  • Leverage channels spanning traditional and digital marketing realms including email, retargeting, SEO, PPC, social media, direct mail, print advertising, webinars, trade shows, and other mediums designed to drive lead generation
  • Work in cross-functional teams with Product Marketing and Product Marketing Manager team members to achieve collective goals
  • Build campaigns with a range of value propositions spanning from demos to discounts and gated collateral
  • Maintain excellent communication around past, present, and future marketing initiatives with key stakeholders including GMs and Sales leaders
  • Closely monitor campaign performance and rapidly pivot strategy as dictated by KPI figures
  • Regularly report on campaign performance to key stakeholders
  • Test new marketing tactics and expand successful ones to new solutions, as applicable
  • Translate Sales and Product data and feedback into viable marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain a strong awareness of how select solutions cater to customer pain points
  • Propose paid marketing initiatives, manage cost, and evaluate return
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as requested


Qualifications

Must have:



  • Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
  • Experience with email marketing, search (SEO + PPC), print advertising, trade show marketing, and marketing automation tools
  • Proven experience and success in formulating and launching effective cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong and documented ability to articulate campaign plans to marketing and sales leaders
  • Flexible approach to time prioritization with the ability to rapidly modify focus
  • Ability to effectively communicate campaign performance to stakeholders
  • History of testing new marketing tactics and expanding the reach of successful ones
  • Excellent understanding of industry practices
  • Strong proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent planning/organizational skills and techniques
  • Excellent independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages
  • Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Resolve complex issues in effective ways
  • Project management, consultative skills and ability to manage a budget
  • Specialist in multiple technical and/or business skills
  • Ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations


Nice to have:



  • Dental or healthcare marketing experience (Desired)
  • Expert in multiple technical and/or business skills - especially email marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Account Based Marketing (ABM), or Social Media Advertising (Desired)
  • Master's degree or global equivalent preferred.
  • May hold two or more industry certifications.


The posted range for this position is $95,040-$166,320 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 12.5% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
