Position Overview The Technical Services Delivery Manager (clinical systems) leads a team focused on day-to-day operations of server and systems infrastructure supporting Clinical Applications and services at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (SJCRH). Their team is responsible for the design and engineering of robust and capable end user computing platforms used throughout the clinical enterprise. Their team is responsible for building and delivering integration of clinical cloud services and infrastructure within the overall technology services portfolio. Their team ensures that all clinical system resources and facilities are monitored for performance, capacity, and availability, and that any reported or identified issues are addressed in a timely manner. Collaborates with multiple Information Services (IS) teams to maintain and enhance computational infrastructure in support of administrative, clinical, and research activities. Job Responsibilities:
