Job Responsibilities:



  • Set up and maintain accurate inventory in assigned portfolio of airports
  • Facilitate inventory changes to ensure accuracy of available locations for Sales using multiple proprietary systems
  • Maintains all Geopath setup and communication with Intermix
  • Enter advertiser sales contracts accurately in system. Provide guidance to AE's on proper paperwork required
  • Daily review of contract invoice log to ensure advertiser contracts are invoiced correctly
  • Prepare audit packages for sales and operations for onsite market trips. Log and track completion of issues to ensure they are being addressed timely
  • Lead and conduct Inventory audits to ensure reporting accuracy - compare rate cards, display specifications, revenue analysis, maps, Quattro inventory, Black Box inventory, client by client and airport revenue reports
  • Compile reporting for airports on individual airport market performance, as needed
  • Keep airport contacts/information updated in the Black Box system
  • Organize team meetings as needed
  • Maintain good relationships with team, airports, and advertising clients
  • Required to maintain appropriate standard of confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested



Job Qualifications:

Education



  • BA/BS or equivalent; Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred



Work Experience



  • 1-3 years' experience in Media/Advertising or related field



Skills



  • Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely
  • Able to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Ability to learn and use company system(s)
  • Ability to working in a team atmosphere
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.



Other Requirements



  • Ability to travel outside of the office 15% of the time for periodic corporate meetings and industry events.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and possess valid driver's license.
