Snowflake is seeking an exceptionally motivated, talented, and experienced Accessibility Principal Product Manager with strong customer obsession and a track record of driving organization change. You will lead our company's efforts in ensuring that our software products are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accessibility standards, best practices, and a proven track record of implementing accessible solutions in a software development environment. This role is crucial to our mission of creating inclusive products that provide an excellent user experience for everyone. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
