Job Summary Thrive Behavioral Health is currently hiring social workers and counselors with active unrestricted Maryland an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC or a similar license to work with Thrive's Prince George's County Early Intervention team to provide clinical and behavioral support in the school and community. This opportunity does offer a NEW HIRE BONUS. This position is geared towards students aged 3-17 years old that have behavioral problems at school creating a barrier to their accessing their full academic and social-emotional potential. Our goal is to be able to provide behavioral support in the school and home to reduce said behaviors. The position is 37.5-38.5 hours a week, with some flexibility of scheduling and other benefits. Services will take place in the Prince George's County School Clusters and Centers as well as students' home. Therapist will be assigned to specific schools and will receive caseload referrals based on need. Therapist will integrate as an ongoing part of the school team and will attend any necessary meetings associated with caseload. SOME JOB DUTIES WILL BE VIRTUAL. Our diverse team of clinicians take a proactive approach to treatment by meeting with clients virtually, in neighborhoods, homes, and schools to reduce the barriers to traditional mental health treatment. Thrive also has clinic based programs in Rosedale, Catonsville, Millersville, and Silver Spring.
