Position Overview:
This role reports directly to the Finance Director and is responsible for completing projects and immediate sales tasks; this includes the daily clerical workload, logistics and communication coordination with the sales and overall commercial team across four MP brands.
This individual will be required to have a keen attention to detail; ability to understand Terex business processes and will be responsible for detailed accuracy and compliance; this role must be able to work independently, have a keen attention to detail and assert themselves in completing tasks with minimal oversight and guidance.
Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Inventory Pipeline reports / Stock Status for multiple Brands, update daily

  • Work with sales teams to ensure dealer allocation changes are updated accurately

  • Monitor incoming inventory for status updates, including container goods tracking

  • Track sold machine status until final customer delivery

  • Generate Purchase orders to suppliers to support forward looking sales demand/forecasts

  • Review factory invoices for pricing and cost accuracy, submit to finance for receipting

  • Submit customs compliance documents and handle customer release notices

  • Obtain proof of delivery from logistics companies

  • Coordinate with other Terex business units to update machine shipment dates, delays etc.

  • Monthly inventory review and stock check report out

  • Prepare machine invoicing packets in line with SOX compliance guidelines

  • Link machine invoicing to sales order acknowledgments

  • Backlog / sales reporting

  • Assist with data collection for dealer inventory/scorecards

  • Other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:


  • GED or Diploma

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in office setting

  • Experience in sales based organization

  • Strong time management skills


Preferred Qualifications:


  • A college degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and two years of demonstrated professional experience may be substituted

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with vendors and Company personnel.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Must be high energy and effective in meeting business deadlines i.e. weekly , monthly

  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of management

  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.

  • Experience in sales based organization preferred

Working Conditions:


  • Position will be located at Louisville, KY warehouse & distribution center. Shared office space in a fast paced environment.


The hourly rate for this position is $24.23/hour to $26.50/hour. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
