POSITION SUMMARY The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for building relationships with the Latino community to promote and expand the Alzheimer's Association program and services and increase engagement in the full mission. An ideal candidate will have a broad established network in the Latino community to build and expand our presence and engagement while mobilizing volunteers. The Community Outreach Specialist will help position the Alzheimer's Association widely to increase community awareness about Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and engage those disproportionately affected and promote the Alzheimer's Association as the place to turn for all matters relating to Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
