JOB SUMMARY |
Perform engineering activities to support the safety, reliability, and efficiency of assigned plants. This includes reliability performance data, project management, process / equipment optimization, engineering design, procurement, risk assessment, and reliability best practice. |
Essential Functions |
This role will provide technical subject matter expertise support for or lead |
* Production Project Management <$10M (coordinate scope, schedule, resources, finance, and stakeholders), |
* Procurement (technical specifications, vender / service provider management, etc.), |
* Process and Equipment design engineering (engineering design disciplines, documents, and specifications) |
* Implementation and oversight of change management. (P&IDs, EMOC, etc.), |
* Failure analysis and corrective action plans, (RCFA, FTA/C&E, 8D, Pareto, fishbone, affinity, etc.) |
* Engineering safety, quality, and reliability risk assessment, (DMAIC, HAZOP, FMEA, RAM, C&E, LOPA, etc.) |
* Plant operation and troubleshooting, (24/7 plant ops support) |
* Productivity and reliability performance assessments, (Lean 6s, Engineering disciplines, CMMS, P&L statements, ROI, etc.) |
* Reliability best practice development and compliance enforcement. (Specifications, Standards, and Policies), |
* Accurate, organized, and on-time administrative reporting (reports, schedule, tasks, time, costs, etc.) |

cold (e.g. operating plant). * Be exposed to outside weather conditions (e.g. cold box
valves, filling trailers). * Be exposed to high, precarious places (e.g. cold
box, repair work) * Be exposed to high noise levels (e.g. Plant rounds,
maintenance)
