1. Provides and coordinates direct intervention services to children 0 -3 and their families in natural settings.
2. Develops and rotates age-appropriate curriculum for children birth to 3 years of age.
3. Ensures all center-based program policies/protocols/guidelines are followed as described by the Department of Public Health/Early Intervention Operational Standards, CHL-Lipton Early Intervention Program, and the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) when applicable.
4. Implements group policies and guidelines.
5. Assigns clients and Lipton EIP staff to groups.
6. Oversees group referrals, enrollment, transportation (liaison, group staff coverage, service delivery, health related protocols and notifications, monthly safety drills, EI teacher aides and other related duties.
7. Reports any group or building related problems to appropriate personnel.
8. Selects developmental and educational toys, equipment and supplies for groups.
9. Coordinates daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual group tasks.
10. Collaborates with local and state agencies as needed.
11. Maintains client and administrative record according to DPH and CHL-Lipton Early Intervention Policies and Standards.
12. Carries out all responsibilities as an Early Intervention Specialist when needed.
13. Adheres to all CHL's protocols, policies and procedures.
14. Early Intervention services are provided both in -person and via Telehealth, and/or community based.
15. Works as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of the program.
16. Performs other related duties

Qualification:

Clinician III EI - A master's degree from an accredited recognized institution in counseling psychology; clinical psychology; developmental psychology; educational psychology.

Clinician IV EI - Current licensure as a LMHC or LMFT
Must be able to pass a CORI background check.

Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide a registered and insured automobile for work related purposes, including travel between work sites.
