The Case Manager also collaborates closely with internal teams including non-clinical members of the Med Steerage team and cross-functional nursing teams. The Case Manager also works closely with external entities including members, member care teams and Stop Loss partners for the purposes of coordinating care related to steerage opportunities. Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $88,000 - $107,000 and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.
