MUST:


Active DoD Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility

Experienced Cyber Program Analyst

4+ years of related experience with topics such as cloud security, cyber threats, identity management, RMF, Computer Network Defense (CND) or other related experience

Experience supporting US Navy or Marine Core

Strong understanding and familiarity with NIST's Special Publication (SP) 800 series

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to present well

Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

Ability to work on a team as well as independently

Current IAT or IAM level II certification : ideally Security+CE, CASP+ce, CISM, or CAP

DUTIES :

Ideal candidate will support client initiatives for improvement in security across program

This candidate will work with stakeholders and cyber-SMEs to analyze emergent government and private sector cyber capabilities for possible adoption and implementation

This candidate will also assist in the development and review of existing and draft cyber policy

Assist client in executing Resource Sponsor responsibilities by working with program offices to develop, refine and advocate for cyber related Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issues

Assist in the development and review of existing and draft cyber policy

Perform administrative tasks in support of the client such as responding to unclassified and classified taskers, drafting MOUs, reviewing requirements documents, etc
