Solder Mask Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare PCB panels for solder mask application (cleaning, inspection).
• Operate solder mask machinery to apply solder mask coating to PCB surfaces.
• Perform visual inspections of PCBs before and after the solder mask process to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct thickness measurements and other tests to verify that the solder mask meets the required specifications.
• Monitor and maintain the operating conditions of solder mask equipment, including cleaning and performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
