Maintenance (Housing Available)

PAY FOR THIS SKILLED PERSON WILL RANGE FROM $17-18 PER HOUR PLUS BONUS.

Participants working as Park Attendants can expect to be assigned the following are job duties which should be done constantly during the shift.

*Independently repair pex, pvc, galvanised underground and building plumbing.

*Independently repair 20amp, 30amp and 50amp electrical circuits, replace light fixtures, diagnose and repair shorts.

*Independently repair picnic tables and facias using light carpentry skills and tools.

*Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.

*Handle any guest requests and minor repair requests as they arise

*Deliver picnic tables and clean fire rings, pick up daily garbage bags.
*Clean, maintain, and set up tents.

*Must be able to work 3-10pm including all Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. May have some 8-3am shifts and normally work 5-6 days per week.

COMPENSATION:

1. The employee will receive an hourly wage plus a $1.00 bonus per hour worked that is paid upon completion of the season. You can be expected to work 40-50 hours per week.
2. Subsidized Housing may be available. Housing is shared with 4-8 others. Houses have WI-FI internet and a washer and dryer included.
3. Staff will be provided uniforms (T-shirts & sweatshirt) and should bring khaki shorts and pants to wear on cool days.
4. The staff may use all park facilities free of charge with permission from the owner.
5. Monthly employee parties.
6. 30% discount on purchases in Ranger Station and Pic-a-nic Basket.
7. The student will be issued an employee playing card that provides free admission to over 35 attractions in the Wisconsin Dells area.
