Daikin Applied is now hiring for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern in Faribault, MN!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our dynamic Engineering team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of manufacturing engineering within a leading organization. Location: Faribault, MN - In office 5 days per week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2025

What you will do:



  • Work with an assigned engineer to research and analyze data related to the production of Daikin's products
  • Design, improve, and test production processes or systems under the direction of the assigned engineer
  • Work with assigned engineers to design and implement tools and processes intended to improve the quality and efficiency of the production operation



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with Solidworks or related CAD software
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
