Huntsman is seeking a Sales Representative - Power supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Sales Manager - Infrastructure.

Job Scope

The Sales Representative (Power) will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and promoting our advanced coating solutions across various industries.

This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills

In summary, as the Sales Representative (Power), you will:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the Power sector.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Promote Huntsman Advanced Materials Power and related products to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of our Power solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to help shape future product offerings and strategies.

Work with manufacturing sites and marketing to understand line capacities and associated product lines to focus on for growth

Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless client interactions and satisfaction.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have regarding our products or services.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Power or specialty chemicals industry.

Skills & Knowledge

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong technical knowledge of Power and their applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

A willingness to travel extensively within the Americas as needed, up to [70%]
