IT Support Specialist

Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist role involves Tier 2 support of client desktop systems, applications, and IT infrastructure, in alignment with ITIL best practices. This position ensures business users are kept productive by investigating and resolving issues they have with their computer, access, internet services and software. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid

What you will do:

• Provide Tier 2 analysis and response to incident and service request tickets submitted by internal business users, adhering to ITIL incident management practices
• Participate in the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure knowledge base documentation to support efficient resolution and continuous improvement
• Foster team collaboration and assist other departments as needed to promote effective team-building and cross-functional support
• On-site support 2 - 3 days per week at Plymouth MN offices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
• Experience with ITSM, identity access (Microsoft Active Directory/ Entra) and desktop system administration tools
• Proficient with MS Windows, MS O365 applications, client/desktop systems and infrastructure components
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
