Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Monday to Friday

Overview:

Johns Hopkins Medicine is launching an in-house mental health program dedicated to providing accessible and confidential mental health support for physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, and school of medicine faculty. We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Office of Clinician and Faculty Care. This role offers a flexible schedule and includes options for both in-person and virtual appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as part of patient care.
• Offer counseling and therapy to eligible employees.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team within the Office of Clinician and Faculty Care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.

Qualifications:

• Active PMHNP license and board certification.
• Experience in psychiatric and mental health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment.
