Job Title: Subcontracts Lead

Description: Responsible for Subcontracts Management and Administration of assigned project portfolio from Pre-Award to Closeout in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procurement policies/ procedures.



Job Role(s):

1. Perform Subcontract Administration duties in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), applicable laws, corporate policies and procedures and customer requirements for multiple

subcontracts of unlimited dollar value to ensure subcontractors fully meet Company and project requirements.

2. Serves as a liaison between Company and Subcontractor.

3. Prepares and maintains comprehensive subcontract documentation files that will pass internal or external (DCAA/DCMA) audit.

4. Performs Subcontract Closeout processes and other duties as assigned.

5, Responsible for post award modifications to agreements including all change related activities

6. Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks

7. Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.

8. May provide guidance to less experienced team members, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members



Required experience: 1. Ability to work independently, with good problem-solving skills, while keeping management updated on the status of their assigned activities.

2. Must have understanding of the government acquisition process

3. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation

4. Solid negotiation, oral, and written communication skills are required

5. Candidate must possess a positive and proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple high visibility, critical tasks simultaneously

6. Must be able to perform duties within a Government approved purchasing system

7. Possess minimum of 20 years or more of direct experience
