This role is considered Hybrid. Overview The Senior Manager, US Commercial Paralegal will provide comprehensive paralegal support to our Commercial Legal team, primarily for US and global matters. This role will assist the commercial lawyers as they engage with key business partners in the areas of advertising & promotion, disease awareness, data & digital initiatives, data privacy, and commercial litigation. This position will report to the Executive Legal Director, Global Rare & Commercial Innovation and will require you to work in a matrix setting of a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. You will need to partner effectively with colleagues across the Commercial Legal Team and broader Legal Department. This includes working with lawyers in different time zones and outside the U.S. You will also need to collaborate successfully with various stakeholders such as the Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Ethics & Compliance teams as well as outside counsel. The ideal candidate will have an awareness of healthcare laws as they relate to advertising & promotion, fraud & abuse, and data privacy. This role will have the potential to substantially impact the legal support for Alnylam's marketed products, privacy program, and data/digital activities.
