Summary:
As the Manager of Information Security, you will lead Information Security Analysts and provide security insight to the global IT teams to manage security challenges, design and implement security solutions.

Responsibilities:
You will engage in all aspects of assessing, designing, building, and maintaining our security infrastructure and services. You will specifically engage in:

* Lead the organization toward the industry leading security measures
* Mentor staff on certain projects and perform staff education on the various aspects of network security
* Provide technical expertise on development, implementation, and updates to security policies and procedures, ensure compliance with relevant standards
* Evaluate the overall security posture.
* Facilitate security audits
* Translate requirements into appropriate, compliant, and secure configurations
*Demonstrate respect for others and promote a supportive environment.
* Maintain and improve processes, tools, and documentation that will support production security requirements in the best manner possible
* Deployment and Execution of incident response procedures

Day-to-day security operations function including:
* Defining security operations playbooks
* Tuning security tools for proper alerting
* Manage SIEM alerts and automated responses
* Defining and maintaining good security throughout the Software Development Lifecycle process
* Conducting extensive network and application vulnerability scans
* Running our security monitoring
* Conducting vulnerability scans, pen testing, and compliance documentation creation
* Evaluating business associates' security posture and resolving issues to meet the necessary standards

Participant in:
* Disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts,
* Patch management
* Regularly audit IT systems to ensure compliance.
* Other duties as required

Other information:
Basic Qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience in a hands-on security engineering/analyst role.
* Expertise with security compliance or risk management is a plus
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent preferred
* Capable leader, advisor, mentor, and coach; someone who motivates and inspires.
* Extensive hands-on experience of conducting vulnerability assessments, TCP/IP, audit, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and VPNs
* Experience with cloud environments and how they relate to security

Extensive experience with the following technologies:
* Active Directory
* DLP
* Firewalls
* HIDS/NIDS/IPS
* IAM
* IPSec
* Network Configuration/Design
* Network segmentation
* SIEM
* Vulnerability scanners
* Strong understanding of DFARS, ISO 27001/27002, Center for Internet Security Critical Controls, NIST 800 Series, CoBIT, SOX, etc.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience

Compensation Range: $122,100.830 to $183,151.250 USD
