Area IFM Lead (Regional Director)

The Area IFM Lead oversees all Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations and delivery within the Area, connecting IFM to other GPP services lines within the Area, bridging Regional IFM leadership to site level IFM teams, and fostering client relationships at the Area level. The Area IFM Lead is responsible for ensuring contract governance requirements are met and a high level of client satisfaction is achieved. A close working relationship with other Area IFM Leads on account will be required to ensure consistency in delivering key initiatives as well as with operational IFM delivery. This role will be required to regularly travel to all sites within the Area.

Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring the achievement of established financial targets and driving cost savings initiatives.
Champion a culture of safety and compliance, implementing and monitoring rigorous health and safety standards to mitigate risk and ensure a safe working environment for all.
Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the assigned area, collaborating with business development teams to drive new business opportunities.

Client/Stakeholder Management
Serves as primary contact for JLL for buildings within their portfolio with regards to service delivery and escalation point.
Accountable for the local service delivery to meet the contractual obligations of JLL for GREF.
Manage relationships with GREF clients to address operational challenges head on.
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of GREF's business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.

Financial Management
Assist the IFM Regional Lead and Finance Director with the development of budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.
Be a key player for achievement of the agreed financial targets and KPI metrics.
Develop an understanding of the services provided by JLL. Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and make recommendations for growth.

Contract Management
Ensure services are delivered in adherence to the contract.
Deliver services in line with key performance indicators and service level agreements.
Develop and drive the relationship with key vendors gaining knowledge and implementation of best practices.
Identify and escalate all service delivery issues or changes to the IFM Regional Lead, Procurement Manager, Finance Director, and Account Director as appropriate.

Operational Management
Manage and ensure customer obsession and the quality of delivery for GREF.
Implement, direct, and deliver all Area specific initiatives and programs
Ensure reporting, standard operating procedures, systems, and HR practices are followed and align with the regional consistent approach.
Use and promote technology systems to support service delivery and monitor the team performance.
Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls.
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

An experienced professional with ...
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with management/technical emphasis. MBA a plus.
8+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on integrated facilities management.
Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing IFM operations.
Managed teams and facilities across multiple and remote locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Experience in translating client needs and balancing the interests of the client with those of JLL.
Strong business acumen and financial management capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency and implementing innovative solutions.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Familiarity with technology solutions and tools for operations optimization.
Ability to travel within the assigned area as necessary.
