Position SummaryThe Department of Radiology at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center is seeking an outstanding individual to join our Abdominal Imaging section. Discover what makes this remarkable academic medical center one of the best places to work in the Southwest! This position also offers the opportunity to apply for the Abdominal Section Chief. In-person, hybrid, and remote options all available, as well as academic and staff (100% clinical) positions. Clinical responsibilities encompass primary diagnostic and consultative service in Abdominal and Oncologic Imaging (X-ray/Fluoro, CT, MRI, US) for exams performed at multiple locations, but no interventional procedures. Section members typically rotate at our adjacent NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center and participate in clinical consultations, tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences. Research opportunities include diverse and growing translational imaging and image processing facilities and are supported by dedicated research and publications staff.
